Meet Dan Furmanik

Dan Furmanik has been in the professional audio & video industry for over 32 years. A former professional baseball player with the New York Mets, Dan has been blessed to work with or on projects for Garth Brooks, Andy Griffith, Porter Wagoner, Dolly Parton, Grandpa Jones, Wynonna, Vince Gill, Alan Jackson, Willie Nelson, Marty Stuart, Hank Williams, Jr., and many more.

As a music producer and musician , he has performed on 2 Grammy-nominated albums for rock legends AC/DC and Led Zeppelin as well as being a member of the
"Drifting Cowboys", the legendary band of country music icon Hank Williams.

 

As a television producer, Dan has produced various documentaries, commercials and tv shows including "Fishin' Country", a weekly half-hour show that became the "#1 Locally-Produced Show" in Nashville, Tennessee with a Nielson Unique Viewership of over 50,000 viewers and a growth rate of over 1,000 new viewers per week.

With a tremendous passion for God's Great Outdoors, Dan is also a professional fishing guide as he spends much of his time on the beautiful and scenic Cumberland River in search of elusive trophy smallmouth as well as sauger and crappie.

Dan's passion extends into his work as he has produced and/or played onover 4,000 songs while continuing to be on the   leading edge of technology as a software beta tester for major companies including Sony, Cakewalk, Steinberg, iLio and M-Audio.
